आधार ज्ञात करना 

संपूर्ण संख्या प्रणाली केवल दस अंक (0 –9) शून्य से नौ तक के अंकों से बनी होती है। 

कुछ संख्याएँ जैसे 10, 100, 1000 आदि संख्याओं एक विशिष्ट क्रम में दोहराई जाती हैं। जिन संख्याओं का पहला अंक एक होता है और उसके बाद शून्य होता है, उन्हें वैदिक गणित में आधार संख्याएँ कहते हैं।

The entire number system consists of only ten digits (0–9), from zero to nine.

Some numbers, such as 10, 100, 1000, etc., are repeated in a specific order. Numbers whose first digit is one and then followed by zero are called base numbers in Vedic mathematics.
